We want you to be fully stoked on your new gear, so Chocolate Skateboards offers a 30-day return window for all unskated decks and unworn apparel in original packaging. Please note that once a skateboard is gripped or assembled, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring that skateboard decks are protected to prevent scratches during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
